They are a powerhouse in winter sports, including hockey. They also have a better national team in football than Italy. They have nothing to be ashamed of. In my opinion, it`s better to be a powerhouse in the winter and a weakling in the summer, than to be mediocre in both cases, like Poland or Ukraine.

I don't take these new team sports too seriously. I always take the classic team sports more seriously: fooball, basketball, volleyball, handball, water polo and field hockey.

In terms of the total medals, we tied with Tokyo - 40 medals but we fell a little short of 45. 20x 4th place played a significant role. We reached the number of 40 medals thanks to a great finish - 10 medals in the last 3 days. However, I wrote earlier that I would prefer gold in women's volleyball than even 4-5 bronze medals more in some individual competition and that's exactly what happened - this is our first gold in a team sport since 2004 and the first in history in volleyball. But personally, I prefer gold in volleyball than 4-5 bronze in track cycling or archery.
