Footbal- Championse league, cycling in last weekend, tennis. -
In Turin it was probably similar. The races with Fabris were on Monday around 4pm. It was still light outside the window. For today, these are the biggest events with the participation of Italians: Goggia in the downhill, Brignone and Bassino - giant slalom, Ghiotto in speed skating, short track with Sighel and maybe Fontana + Vitozzi in biathlon.

It saddens me that Federnuoto cares so little about women's water polo. We are clearly lagging behind, not only the men's team, but also other countries that used to be much weaker than us: Spain, Greece. I don't understand where is the problem? Federnuoto cares about the development of all the disciplines under its aegis, except for women's water polo, which is folding year after year.

I'm betting between 60 and 70 for today. I have an average grasp of the realities of para-sports and I'm betting quite carefully. From what I see, over 50% of our medals are in swimming. It was similar in Tokyo. It's a shame that we have so few medals in track and field. Unfortunately, in fencing we can't break the dominance of China in Paris.

The last time Russia played was in February 2022 in Beijing at the Olympics, and Belarus probably even earlier. We don't know what form these teams are in, which players will decide to play at the Olympics, etc. For example, Italy in football, less than a year after winning Euro 2021, didn`t qualify for the World Cup after losing at home to North Macedonia...

We defended ourselves here with 2 medals + assuming Furlani's start, there would probably be 3 of them, including 1 gold, but our performance for me is definitely a minus. A large Italian team went, and most of the competitors are out of shape and doing poorly. The result in the points classification will also be much weaker than in 2022. This is probably our first start at the youth and junior level in several years, where we did so poorly. I don't recognize most of our team and they shouldn't start here in such form.
