    From Pan Am 2007 they booed the countries which were expected to do well... I remember reports of Canada being booed all over the place. So yes this appears to have shifted to the Olympics.

    Actually its pretty popular throughout the Caribbean, South Korea, Northern South America, Canada, USA, Japan. We also have competitive countries outside those such as the Netherlands.

    I would add none of these sports (maybe karate) Climbing/surfing/skateboarding are WTF Baseball/softball have too little teams Karate gives opportunities for smaller counties to medal so why not.

    Track and field. She was never really on the team. She never qualified but was included on the list because she appealed (as the entries deadline was the 18th) her appeal was just denied.

    Canada down to 314 now. Jessica Smith's appeal to be on the team was denied.
