  1. Ethan Katzberg wins gold in men’s hammer throw! Him and Rogers have won gold at the last three major championships.
  2. Katzberg wins gold to complete the hammer throw double for Canada!
  3. “Blow your load” Interesting choice of words there
  4. 3:59.65 SB for Gabriella De Bues Stafford to finish 11th in the women’s 1500m final!

  9. Bailey misses out on the final
  10. Halasz improves to 82.69m, still short of overtaking Hummel for silver.
  11. Yeah, I just realized I was looking at the WR progression instead of the all-time list It’s 5am, I’m tired
  12. with the upset of the Championships so far as they defeat 3-2!
  13. Pretty poetic stuff, both Canadians not only produced NR’s in the hammer throw finals, but they’re also now the #2 performers on all-time men’s/women’s list. Surely that’ll mean Katzberg wins today? Edit: Never mind, I was looking at the WR progression
  14. This hammer throw final exceeding my expectations right now. Hoping Kokhan, Fajdek, and Winkler can pick it up.
  15. YESSSSSSSSS!!!! Katzberg with a NR of 84.70m!
  16. 84.70m, PB and NR in Katzberg’s second attempt!
  17. 82.66m for Katzberg!
  18. Halasz starts us off strong in the men’s hammer throw final, 81.51m.
  19. All of them, of course Yep, I’m a fatass, I love my food
  20. My mistake!
  21. Maybe you’re not talking about my reply, and if so I apologize, but I assume you are? Of course, I’m not trying to imply that I expected much more out of him, because young athletes almost always succumb to the pressure (being new to the scene and all), it’s just somewhat surprising to see him finish 7th in his heat (I thought he either would’ve finished 4th-6th and either missed out or made the semis) after the 1:42 at Trials. I think that’s reasonable. If you’re talking about social media, that’s another thing, lot’s of people are putting the pressure on Lutkenhaus to perform. Dude’s only 16, and burst onto the scene this year, they need to chill.
  22. Totally agree, I will say it is a little bit surprising though. Now I didn’t think he would reach the final per se, but if he were to miss out on the semis I thought he would’ve been 4th-6th.
  23. dropped a set to
  24. Lutkenhaus only 7th
  25. A little bit too close for comfort, but Marco Arop safely through to the semifinals in the men’s 800m.
