  1. SHE’S DONE IT! Erin Brooks is the WSL Fiji Pro champion, defeating Weston-Webb in the final heat! Edit: This is her first CT appearance by the way, which makes it even more impressive.
  2. FINAL! Erin Brooks defeats Picklum to advance to the final at the WSL Fiji Pro! Should start in just over an hour, if anyone wants to watch.
  3. 4 days to go!
  4. @stockblock any idea on if Latvia’s games are streamed anywhere?
  5. GREAT news! All of the matches for the Olympic Qualifier will be live-streamed on IIHF YouTube, free of charge! https://youtube.com/@iihf?si=8z-RCFsnSOCqWmQy For all non-competing countries at least, pretty sure it won’t be streamed for all, some probably have rights to their matches or the whole event through various broadcasters and streaming services. Iesim Latvija !! (Šilovs & Bługers in particular)
  6. Another Diamond League on Sunday in Silesia! Olympic champion Ethan Katzberg will feature in a rare DL men’s hammer throw competition, Mo Ahmed will be in the men’s 3000m, Jean Simon-Desgagnes will be in the men’s 3000m steeplechase, and a potential WR alert in the men’s 800m with Marco Arop taking on Wanyonyi, among others.
  7. Not good enough for some of you? Kidding.
  8. Erin Brooks! Through to the semifinals at the WSL Fiji Pro, taking out Bryan in the elimination round and Simmers in the quarterfinals! Take a look at this wave This girl is ripping, I can’t wait to see what she can do in the upcoming years!
  9. Brackets now out. https://www.usopen.org/en_US/draws/womens-singles.html

  12. Thanks, I must’ve missed it. Oops.
  13. 89.49m for Chopra in the men’s javelin thro in the 6th round! Another mark over 89m, but still can’t break that elusive 90m barrier. Peters continues his strong stretch of form with 90.61m in the 6th and final round to take the win (probably one of the most intriguing men’s field events at the moment IMO)
  14. 19.64 for Tebogo in the men’s 200m, and he eased up too Edit: Damn, even more impressive considering he hasn’t trained in the 8 days since winning the Olympic title
  15. Bol sure does love Lausanne 4 victories in 4 appearances here with a new MR of 52.25 in the women’s 400m hurdles.
  16. 19.54m for Sarah Mitton in women’s shot put at the Lausanne Diamond League. Mediocre mark by her standards, still decent though.
  17. Clutchtoglou does it again! Some 6th round magic with a 8.06m, avoiding his first defeat of the season!
  18. 88.49m for Peters in the men’s javelin throw!
  19. Broadbell hands Holloway his 1st defeat of the season, 13.10 to 13.14 in the men’s 110m hurdles!
  20. Jeez, this men’s long jump is bad. 3 rounds in and we still have no one over 8.00m. When you have Gayle, Pinnock, Ehammer, Furlani, and Tentoglou all competing, that’s surprising
  21. Men’s 800m pace maker le Meur was on some crack I swear, damn. Instead of getting the fuck out of the way after he ran out of gas, man decided to run an extra 50m
  22. 1:41.72 for Arop at the Lausanne Diamond League! Weird tactics from him.
  23. 1:41.11 for Wanyonyi in the men’s 800m! WL!
  24. 20.64m for Jackson in women’s shot put
