  1. Olympiacos really should've won Game 3, the referees made some questionable decisions but also Olympiacos had chances and blew several leads at the end of the game and first overtime period that seemed quite certain. Let's see what happens in Game 5...

Ben Preisner, who withdrew early on in his race at the Hamburg Marathon last weekend, will attempt to qualify for the last time at the Copenhagen Marathon. Since it’s an elite marathon, his performance will be worth more points, as it has a much stronger field. He might not even need to reach the standard, as if he can go 2:09.45, he’ll be well placed to qualify through the Road To Paris.

  3. Anyone have a link for tomorrow's UAE Athletics Grand Prix event in Dubai? I can't find any online presence which is pretty poor for a Bronze level Continental Tour event.

No mistake - GB women cannot compete at the European Continental qualifier because Penny Healey won the individual quota at last year's European Games. The women's team will be competing for the team quota at the European Championships which take place next week.

  12. They had 29 in Tokyo, so whilst an increase, it's not that crazy. The jump from 10 in Rio to 29 in Tokyo was much bigger. But let's be honest here - the IOC is always going to support this because it makes them look good, so to speak. It's at least 50% pure politics.
