I fear the table has it wrong. It think that the German lost the quota with the last shot. If she didn`t miss would have been in fourth place (winning the quota via olympic ranking).

Well, she didn't look too happy afterwards, but it could be normal german attitude 

 

I don't know anymore. Could be that the broadcast people are confused as well.

German shooting is cursed, no other logical explanation. Even if every single German shooter in Tokyo would win a medal, it wouldn’t make up for the bad luck Germany had during the qualifying period.
