Is there someplace where we can track who all have met the requirements? And how far those who haven’t are?

Not exactly, but you can do it using Olympic ranking - All athletes.

 

Select the desired NF, click on the points link listed by the athlete's name, and then you'll get the list of events where the said athlete reached minimum requirements.

 

To be fully eligible, athletes need to have both CCI4*-S and CCI4*-L listed (or just CCI5*-L). And to be eligible for the team event, nations need to have three different fully eligible athletes listed.

Norwegians will probably reach minimum requirements, but I wonder if they will actually take up their quota? For some reason, they collectively don't care about dressage championships. And it's not like dressage is non-existent up there. In fact, every couple of years a talented combination emerges, but it always ends with the same story - "I don't care about championships, I just want to sell the horse."

 

Maybe a free Olympic quota will change some mindsets...
