I'm just watching sailing competitions for the first time. Can you tell us a little bit about the rules? Are there two groups and then someone will qualify for the final? Or then they will be broken into Gold and Silver Fleet?

Sailing in Ukraine is not developing at all. Therefore, it is not surprising that our athletes will not compete in this sport at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
