I hear Bhaskar Sen have chances to make it to Tokyo in Karate. Can someone explore on it, do we have a realistic chance to represent in Karate for the first time?

I only found this article from sports keeda. I didn't find his name in olympic ranking as of May in top 100. Karate qualification is a complicated process.

India have grafted an Indonesian duo as doubles coach, don't rmbr the name, this happened after Tan Kim Her couldn't produce the desired results, Tan Kim Her is now coaching Japan. Also some Korean coaches have been brought in, overall a lot of International coaches available now.
