As russian federation is banned will the qouta places obatained by russia be redistibuted?.....if yes...any qouta increase for india

Too many unknowns. Russia is not banned yet. Deadline for Rio nominations is already over. Quota place redistribution for some sports is easy (ranking based like Badminton/Tennis etc.) but for some it could be nightmare (for example Shooting). So, for the time being, I am assuming that there will be no more quotas for India via reallocations. If we get some, consider them bonus.

Such a shame this Narsingh Yadav is . He should have remembered that billion hopes rested on him . He was selected above Sushil Kumar and this was a medal hope for India.

Note : Considering he took banned substance and there is no conspiracy against him

Lily das beats her PB time in in the finals of the 1500 , I saw the race and she looked miles younger than the rest ....... she clocked 4.17.29 ( she had beaten pinkis 4.27 record with a 4.20 just this year  ) ...she finished 10th only ...but I think she will have one more chance in the u20 as she has just crossed 17 and possibly she can medal if she further keeps improving so another one for the future ................................................

The indian boys relay team finished 7th despite clocking close to their record that they did in the heats ...they did a great 3.09.14 ... just a fraction behind the Nu20 record ( 3.08.91 ) they set in the heats
