This is a great idea, but considering the low interest this year, I don't think we will have another edition of this award. -

It might be easier if, at the conclusion of this year's awards, @vinipereira asks for volunteers to track possible nominations, and then splits them into small groups for each category, so that interested users only have to follow one, two or possibly three categories for the first round instead of making nominations in each one. All users would remain eligible to vote in the second round.
