Finland (Tappara Tampere and JYP Jyväskylä), Czech Republic (Ocèlaři Třinec and Kometa Brno) and Sweden (Växjö Lakers and Frölunda Indians) still have 2 group-leading teams each, meanwhile Germany have 1 (Red Bull Munich). The only newcomers are the surprising Nottingham Panthers (GBR), leaders in group F... On the other side, the only group where things are already decided is Group G, where Red Bull Munich (GER) and Brynäs IF Gävle (SWE) are mathematically through to the next round and IFK Helsinki (FIN) and Comarch Cracovia (POL) are already eliminated...
