You sure they use Omega and not Seiko which is seen everywhere? :p 

 

Omega is the one they use in swimming which is normally (except for last week) perfectly fine.

Visser ran 12.85 on screen and the official time is 12.85 as well, therefore 'every single race' is incorrect :evil:
