After Jason Dupasquier (19) in the Moto3 world championship and Hugo Millan (14) in the junior Moto3 world championship, we have lost another rider, another teenager

Dean Berta Viñales was involved in a hard crash in the first race of the World Supersport 300 championship in Jerez and passed away shortly after, only 15 years of age. Cousin of MotoGP rider Maverick Viñales, for what it's worth. All other track action (WSSP and WSBK races) for today have been cancelled, obviously.

The San Juan circuit is very fitting for bike racing. I'm enjoying very much the Superbike races this weekend. Not many people though, which is surprising for a motorsports nation like Argentina.

Also i can't believe that Rae is finally going to lose the title, and to Razgatlioglu of all people.

At least it's been a great season in terms of the fight for the title, two absolute top riders until Rea started making mistake after mistake. Razgatlioglu has really proven himself this year

The worst thing of this season is the idiotic 5-week break before the last and deciding event. We've been having a great season and now we're being pulled out of the flow entirely only to be dropped back in for what feels like a standalone event somewhere in a place with hopefully more than 6 spectators.

Wow, 15-year old Zonta van den Goorbergh has signed a Moto2 contract for next year :yikes:

I can't see how that is not way too early, considering he's not really making waves in the junior Moto3 yet...

It's going to be a breath of fresh air to not have Rossi in MotoGP anymore next year...I mean, if he's still enjoying racing, sure, but by this point it's just humiliating. He's not even 1% of a shadow of what he once was anymore.
