Yes. IPC officially confirmed that athletes from Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine boycotted the ceremony. In total 26 of 55 countries missed the ceremony. Some of them did not plab to attend it from the very beginning die to logistics but joined the reaction to russian`s reinstatement later. That helped IPC to have a shorter list of official boycotts. -
