I have no idea what you're seeing but Ghana won it before and Japan has never won this tournament.

This is the common pronunciation in Rio.  

 

Yes, Ramon Menezes was achieving poor results, but he always earned prominent positions. Hopefully, I'll never see him leading another national team again.
