AHHHHH!!!! That's the best that Kam and O'Shea have skated all year! They've been so inconsistent...but no falls tonight! :D So happy for them! He's always been all smiles, but was so good to see her succeed and enjoy her skate. -

They're in poor form at home. They were great four years ago. Even if we have some favorites, they disappoint. If you're organizing a home Olympics, you need 4-5 safe- gold medalists, plus 2-3 nice upsets, and you have 7-8 gold medals. We have actually no sure- gold medalists, or they disappoint, leaving only surprises, but there will likely never be more than 2-3 at all. -

Women's team should be in the final, but Homan has failed to reach the playoffs in two previous Olympics (Women's team in 2018, Mixed Doubles in 2022). Only three Canadian curling teams have ever not made the playoffs at the Olympics so far, and she's done it twice. But, she's ranked 1st in the world and has been dominant, so hopeful. Men's is a bit less strong, but still favoured to get a medal. Final should be the goal. -
