The enter lineup construction is bizarre. Caissie should be hitting 4th as well. Then Toro should be leadoff with how he's been playing.

Not that I recall but this is by far the deepest Canadian lineup ever so it wasn't as hard in the past to figure out who to bat where.

With Canada's win, :PAN Panama has been relegated and will have to go through qualifiers to qualify for the next WBC. Tough break for them as they were by far the best last place team this tournament beating Canada and almost beating Puerto Rico.

 

So the following nations have qualified for the 2029 World Baseball Classic:

:AUS:CAN:COL:CUB:DOM:GBR:ISR:ITA:JPN:MEX:NED:PUR:KOR:TWN:USA:VEN

 

The following nations have been relegated and will have to requalify for the next World Baseball Classic:

:BRA:CZE:NCA:PAN
