Having done some research, not sure on the TB scenarios because all of them would be 3-2, but here’s what it seems to be: and must win to keep their hopes of an Olympic berth alive and hold the tiebreakers I think, so for Dominican Republic two of the Americas teams losing would be enough even with a loss, for Canada it has to be three of the Americas teams losing or Puerto Rico/Venezuela losing.
