We are simply not strong in any team sport. In football we are beaten by Spain, in volleyball by France and Poland, in water polo by Serbia and Hungary. It is always the same. 4 years ago we lost to Serbia, now to Hungary, in 4 years probably to Spain or Croatia. We are weak. We don`t have our own disciplines. We don`t have a winning mentality - we lose all penalty shootouts at important events. I would rather have 1-2 team sports in which you are really strong and in which you win, than to get beaten everywhere by other countries.

The Hungarians invest a lot of money in water sports and have a favorable view of World Aquatics. On the other hand, Barelli is at odds with the federation and we have an uphill battle all the time. These are the facts. For Italy to beat Hungary in an important match we have to be 3-4 goals better. And the second thing is that Italy has lost 4 penalties in a row in the decisive stages of tournaments.

Unfortunately, we are worthless as a country. Different federations and arrangements do whatever they want with us. And we pretend that everything is fine. Then Meloni comes to the Olympic Village and takes a selfie with Malago and then talks to Bach. Can you imagine a worse humiliation? They cheat us in boxing, judo, water polo. What next?

Hungary is always Hungray and Serbia is always Serbia regardless their present status. 2 big schools of water polo

      The Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation (UGF) has announced that it will file a formal complaint against Sofiia Ilteriakova. The federation is demanding that Ilteriakova’s results at the Sofia World Cup—where she won silver with the hoop—be annulled due to unsportsmanlike conduct. Additionally, the UGF is requesting that Ilteriakova’s neutral athlete status be revoked. World Gymnastics has confirmed that the incident during the hoop final medal ceremony at the Sofia World Cup is currently under investigation.
