Men's Handball Tournament at the Summer Olympic Games Paris 2024

Recommended Posts

A single goal loss against Denmark with an obvious wrong call from the referera in the end fels bad ofc but they shouldnt have made themselves in the position to have to play Denmark in the first place :mumble:

Egipt as always🥺. They need better gk. Stupid mistakes in defense, some bad clear shots in 1st half, pity.

Absolutely, If Egypt have a Landin or DeVargas level of GK they would win at least one medal in WCh and Olympics

I"m waiting for your medal at the olympics. Hope it's gonna happen in LA. Yep, those goalies are better for wrestling 😉😉😉. Great team though, great fight. Oh this last shot in normal time...ay.

Thriller and Brilliant game so far in SF

Narrow Loss for :EGY against DeVargas ..I mean :ESP the goal keeper with more than 40% efficiency managed to secure a one goal win in after OT

Mem ..oh my god .. really sad for him .. he got the master seen of another OT thriller match when :GER beat the home nation :FRA with one goal

Scandinavian clash of Titans between :DEN and :SWE ended as expected as a final result for :DEN but the game was very close with another one goal difference (without OT this time)

surprisingly :SLO beat :NOR with easy 5 goal difference ..first half was also for :SLO by 4 goals

SF

:DEN VS :SLO

:ESP VS :GER

    • I'm guessing most of the big teams have been told to watch the numbers.
    • Something that Germany desperately needed, because they're getting destroyed by Norway and France. Sweden is also moving ahead with capable athletes like the Oebergs, Samuelsson, Ponsi and new Swedish improvements like Halvarsson, Heijdenberg, plus it's probable that Andersson comes through next year as well.   With the level that Norwegian men and French women have, I don't really see Germany being ready to challenge next year.    Have a feeling it's gonna be Perrot, Giacomel and a handful of Norwegians battling it out next year.    As for the women, I think it looks like a French year, with Jeanmonnot + Michelon and Richard getting more time to get better, it's tough to see who could be consistent enough to challenge. Although, I would love for the Oeberg sisters to have a season where they're both healthy throughout. It's also uncertain what kind of Vittozzi we're getting, if Grotian has enough time to become a challenger and in what kind of form will Preuss come back to, after her first ever season with no health issues.
