You can download Olympic app or can browse site directly. If you want to watch any full replay, in both cases you need to make an account. Its free. You can use Google account too.

Are you guys planning to rewatch stuff ? I'm planning to spend next few weeks to watch wrestling and taekwondo which I just didn't get a chance to watch.   And once ioc uploads all sessions rewatch the fencing and judo tournaments.   Since Peacock showed feed with all matches at the same time it was impossible to actually watch before the final session

Not right away, catching up on non-Olympic sports this week, and then we are into the Olympic sports end-of-season rush. But maybe during the dog days of October & November….
