Hold on a second. So, the entire preliminary/group phase of the tug-of-war was done with one match at a time, one by one, taking nearly two hours. Fine by me, it gives them all the attention they deserve.

 

But then the semi-finals are there, now it gets real....and then they do both semi's at the same time next to one another?! The fuck guys, now that it starts to get serious for real, they take away the focus  

 

Edit: and because of that, one of the semi's is just not even really shown  Come on, which drunk thought of this? They're literally showing the teams in one semi standing around after the first pull while the other semi is still going on, for fuck's sake man.

I gave up after 5 minutes this morning  

 

Cool to see someone swing a stick or a sword for a bit, but for the untrained eye, it quickly looks like when a kid is just messing around with a stick in the back yard
