Like i said,its not just racial issue, its also problem that this sport doesnt attract young white people.

If those are the best players, yes. I'd want to have the best players of a country in my team, no matter if they're all black, all white or anything in-between. Much like in a company I'd want for example the board of directors to be entirely filled with the best people for the positions, no matter if they're all male, all female or any random mix.
