Haye-Smith :TCA into the women’s 400m hurdles final. I don’t think she win her CGA’s first medal though.

Spendolini Sirieix won gold with 357.50, Toulson silver with 337.30, Cheng 4th with 302.85.

Oluwafemiayo :NGR makes it 13/15 for Nigeria in powerlifting at the Commonwealth Games. She bags a WR as well.
