According to these polls, 2019 is trending to be much worse year for sports compared to 2018. :p

2018 was an Olympic year with a highly successful Asian Games and CAC Games. There weren’t too many world championships to focus on, and there weren’t a lot of events at the end of the year to taint people’s opinions.

You have to agree that in this case you deserved. Being a Raiders fan is like enjoy sadomasoquism

I'm a Raiders fan too and guess what, we still have a shot at the playoffs (which would be another Chiefs blowout anyway)

Still, we seem to be in a pretty good place when breakdancing and China getting host quotas are considered big problems.

And the Napoli 2019 website :p. Yeah I’d say this year wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t good either. I could have placed my vote as good or satisfactory, but I enjoyed all the multi-sports games this year, and so I went with good.

I honestly have no idea, so many things I forget during a year :p Mathieu van der Poel's epic Amstel Gold Race win, Karsten Warholm's epic 400m hurdles, the epic men's shot put final at the world championships, the awesome battle against everything in the 50k race walk at the world championships with some smart athletes pacing themselves to a great finish, some fantastic races in several sports....and a 5k pursuit to never forget at the Brazilian Rollerski Circuit :d

As every single year, there were boring and bad moments and absolutely thrilling and awesome moments. I prefer to remember the latter instead of drowning in sorrow, so voted for Excellent.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

    • They do have the by far best current Dutch NHL player though
    • Took a couple of videos, but completely forgot to take even a single picture and the file size of the videos are too big for Totallympics so I had to find a site to upload it to   https://streamable.com/ga23lv   Vibes at the game were good, place was loud, and I downed a $6 poutine from Costco before the game. Unfortunately, the game didn’t go so well, it took us a solid 45 minutes to actually start playing hockey besides some bursts here and there, and after coming back from down 1-3 we gave up the OT goal less than a minute in (Typical Canucks fashion), but  Lankinen stole us a point, they had so many solid opportunities on him and we had no business staying close.    Really mediocre start to the season for the Canucks so far, even with 11 points in 8 games, a lot of players not showing up (Petey, Soucy, Myers, Hög, Miller, DeBrusk, although for DeBrusk he’s been known to have a streaky game) and our power play and overtime have been fucking dogshit (power play has been like this for years). Shoutout to Garland, Hughes, Sherwood and Lankinen though they’ve been incredible so far
    • Hi I see this now. When is the draw? What do you need me to do?
    • North Korea and the US played the first semifinal at the U17 World Cup last night:
    • Happy New York Yankees elimination day to those who celebrate!
    • Sorry, I was at work. Starting tomorrow thru Sunday is busy busy days here with Halloween, All Saints Day, Día de Muertos, so I might no be around the whole weekend. Good thing the final got postponed.
    • Announcement   It is with regret that I have to postpone the final till at least 10th November. This is not a fixed date and is likely to be moved to the following week. The delay is due to jurors not having voted yet and preparations on the final weekend still not having been completed. The draw is still set to take place tomorrow but there is chance this could be moved day by day until preparations are complete.    With this latest announcement @Gianlu33 and @LDOG if you would like to rejoin the contest with this recent change then you are more than welcome to do so.
    • While we're waiting, let me casually drop the music from the two countries I mentioned earlier. I wasn't sure if Mongolia has ever been featured in a festival of music segment, but East Timor / Timor Leste never has, plus I've been watching their English-language TV stations lately, hence the choice for both countries   Anyway, here's       And     I haven't decided on two other countries, but I'll get back to you on that
    • Haven't done this in a while.   Count me in, I'm game.
    • I just need you to pick 2 teams from each of my tables once I've set them up, should be ready to go in 15 minutes (taking longer than I thought) and hopefully by then more people will volunteer so that we can get things moving quickly.
