The good news that all the Oceania nation (besides AUS NZL FIJ) are eligible for universality sports I believe. And just as a reminder, the Cook Islands do have a legitimately qualified quota where they beat the likes of China and other bigger nations (so it’s hard, but not impossible). Hopefully a few Oceania athletes get a chance through universality spots I guess. I’ll be cheering hard for Cable

Only one Australian man and woman obtained the MQS in the qualification phase of the 3 positions rifle. That means one quota to be reallocated in each event.

But they can get MQS until April

No the athlete, must get the MQS during the competition for the nation the be awarded the quota.
