Ehammer  8.32m to take the win in the men's long jump. Great win for him, curious to see what he'll compete in come Paris 2024, he's an excellent decathlete as well.

Finishing the event off with a bang. J. Ingebrigtsen  3:27.95 to take the win in the men's 1500m, and is now #6 all-time.
