Wrestling, women's Flyweights...my pick is  Yui Susaki, even if I used to be a great fan of  Irini Merleni.

 

Wrestling, women's Heavyweights...going with  Wang Xu, whose career has been more consistent than the following Olympic Champions, who always found the way to be disappointing after winning the big one.

 

Sailing, men's Windsurfing...this pick can only be  Dorian Van Rijsselberghe.

 

Sailing, women's Windsurfing...multiple world champion, multiple Olympic medallist (and it's a scandal she won only 1 gold), champion even in the good old PBA...
