 what do you mean by "3 European boats"?
France is not pre-qualified, so it will have to finish as the best non-qualified boat at the European Championchips to get the quota.

What will happen if e.g. Germany wins the maximum of quotas via K4 and K2?
Will place 7 get the quota if Germany finishes in Top6 in K1?

Technically, yes, but in reality, there will be reallocations. Csipes for example is in the Hungarian K4 boat, and unless a literal disaster happens for us, she will be in qualifying position in both K4 and K1. Meaning that the K1 quota will be reallocated.

Yes, i think that next best will be offered quota.

Didnt they also change rule about one athlete-multiple boat? I think that i read something like that.

But reallocations are certain..

As far as I know the same kind of rule applies to qualification, the quota in the smaller boat gets reallocated in that event, as long as they can fill a new boat if we are talking about K2/C2.

Thanks for the clarification.

There is a also a rule that 9 athletes per gender can qualify, 6 in kayak, 3 in canoe. Thats why i made a mistake.
