owenp_23 559 Posted February 2, 2023 #2 Share Posted February 2, 2023 After two qualifying runs in the Women's Street event, 27 advance and 54 have been eliminated including Tokyo 2020 Olympian Margielyn Didal, who's best score was a whopping 0.02! As for who did the best in qualifying, Chloe Covell (12 years old) finished the day with a near 18-point advantage on second-best Aoi Uemura. Laraja 1,362 Posted February 3, 2023 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2023 Quaterfinals finished in . Some points from the competition Jagger Eaton is destroying everything, he's the best American athlete in this Worls, which is not counting with Nyjah Huston's participate. Kelvin Hoefler almost didn't make it to quarterfinals, and now is advancing in the second place, very good work! @hckošice can celebrate, Tury is in for and with real chances to get final. Many new names appeared on this tournament, Koffe Kroon , Justin Sommer , Kilian Zehnder (I think he's the first swiss guy to achieve such a good result), Deivid Tuesta and Agustin Aquila . But the most impressive perfomances came from with Kairi Matsumoto (15 years old) and Ginwoo Onodera (ONLY 12 YEARS OLD!). It's not common to see such young skateboarders achieving such a excepcional results like these in the Worlds, at men's events. had the worst results, in comparison what they had achieved at Rome. Their three best skateboarders didn't advance to semifinal hckošice

Qualified for the Final ! #InParisWeDream Yesterday quarterfinal run, oldie but goodie And his scores at semifinal could have been even better. The judges at this event are clearly confused. Some strange scores, as always, giving points for athletes who hit their hands on the ground... And of course, some boos for ridiculous scores. World Skate needs to quickly create a good system to give points more precise for each trick. And keep an eye on this japanese boy Onodera... certainly the future king of this discipline on this path. hckošice
