i believe this popped up like a few days ago,becuase i feel like even tough the result happened on feburary 1 i would of noticed it instantly,we have 15 year old guy in discus who threw 62.54 in his first ever discus competition,[yes it was 2kg]and he was actually 14 when he did this,birthday is in mid feburary.

NCAA Indoor Championships

 

Menʻs Heptathlon

:USA Kyle Garland (Georgia) sets huge PR scoring 6,639 points.

:PUR Ayden Owens-Delerme (Arkansas) puts up a great fight and moves into 2nd place in the World standings with 6,518 points.

 

Womenʻs Triple Jump

:USA Jasmine Moore (Florida) dominates another event. After a national championship in the Long Jump, she comes back with a 15.12 in Triple.

 

Womenʻs 60m/200m

:LCA Julien Alfred (Texas) just another NCAA record for Alfred this time pushing the envelope to 6.94 tying Aleia Hobbsʻ world leading time.

 

Then flies by :NGR Favour Ofili in the 200m final. Putting in an NCAA record 22.01 to win it.

 

Womenʻs 400m

:USA Britton Wilson (Arkansas) NCAA record of 49.48 (first to break 50 seconds)

 

Womenʻs 4x400m

Arkansas sets a new world indoor record with a 3:21.75 besting :RUS 3:23.37 set in 2006.

:USA Elija Godwin (Georgia) equals his World best 44.75

 

Menʻs 200m

:USA Matthew Boling (Georgia) world leading 20.12 to take home the title.

 

University of Arkansas wins both team championships. Woo Pig Sooie!
