Nothing. Which simply means one thing: don't make a 'set' of races if there aren't enough events for that.
It's like having this for field events, coming up with the set of events called "vertical jumps without extra equipment" and since that only means the high jump, they just add the discus throw as well.
Just have the 100/110/400m hurdles as an event, instead of having the flat versions of them in the same set (especially considering those distances are also already part of another set anyway).
Well, the good news is that Team Jacobs was able to pretty easily handle every team except Scotland. The bad news is that they came up against Scotland in the semis. Not bad, all around.
It'll be interesting to see which Brad will represent Canada in Italy next winter. Or will someone come out of nowhere to take the spot?
Edit: "Nowhere" is a bit much, there's like 5 teams that could conceivably win the Canadian championships. But it seems like it's down to these two. Both Olympic champions already.
a lot of guys hit seasons or personal best to i'm sure none of ya'lls surprise,Claudio romero 66.42 up from 64.09 for a seaons best,french guy[he did it by over two meters,meanwhile his teamate fouled out],Nick,mannucci all seasons best,Enrico Sacammono with a new pb of 63.30,Steven richter looked dreadful with four fouls out of five throws but bombed his last one to a seasons best of 64.47 and fourth place n the comp.Diego casas with an almost meter pr of 65.54 for third,nice little prewiew from some of these guys for the big comp,but i'm waiting for the real big dog to show up .
