Like snow, hail can accumulate in big quantities too. In fact it often can some out of nowhere. That’s why I’m certain this is hail. Starting randomly and hard, and the size of the ice pellets is too big the be snow. Hail can be just as fun though.

You do know I ski right? I’m not exactly unfamiliar with the difference between snow and hail. We get hail here all the time.
