That's still ok. I think that principle can be applied to Oceania and Africa even for these games to avoid same nations like Australia and South Africa get all team sport quotas. But for rest I prefer the model that allows nations to participate in more team sports if they have the merit. -

Team introductions ongoing in Burgas near the beach. Second leg finished in my home town, so can't wait to see things up close. The last 30 km in that second leg are a doozy, so there are big chances for some surprises. -
