What did I say like two days ago? Penalty for Spain was always on the cards. The only shock is Bednarek didn't cause it

Here in Slovakia already in our children's competitions, coaches teach children that a fouled player should not kick a penalty.

what did the ref called here exactly ? there were 2 POL fouls and POL got the ball haha
