* Iceland, Belgium and Chinese Taipei are still playing for the Gold and Promotion with :ISL in the best starting position. Turkey and Mexico will play a direct do-or-die match to avoid the relegation.

1) ISL Will qualify to the Men´s Under 18 Division II Group B if they earn at least 1 point against Chinese Taipei (Anything but losing in Regulation Time). In fact also a max. 1 goal margin defeat in Regulation Time will be enough if Belgium beat Israel also in Regulation Time.

2) BEL Will qualify to the Men´s Under 18 Division II Group B only if they beat Israel in Regulation Time and Chinese Taipei beat Iceland 2-0 or 3-1.

3) TPE Will qualify to the Men´s Under 18 Division II Group B if they beat Iceland in Regulation Time and Belgium does not defeat Israel in Ragulation Time as well, if BEL beat ISR in Regulation Time then TPE will need to beat Iceland by more than 2 goals margin (Even a 2 goals margin will be enough but they must score at least 4 goals : 4-2, 5-3, 6-4 ...etc)

4) TUR and MEX will play a real Relegation Match Final. The winner of the match (Does not matter if in Regulation Time or after Overtime or Penalty Shoot-Outs) will secure the spot in this division also for the next year and send its opponent down to the Men´s Under 18 Division III Group B 2023 Tournament.

    • Shades of 1998 with  and  in the same group but this time it's really a terrible draw for the Thistles. I recall Brazil and Scotland played in the same group in 1974 and 1990 too so that's quite a high probabiliy rate.

    • I think I can live with the draw , not a bad group at all. just a week ago our mafia coach said his dream group is Belgium, Egypt and Haiti, he almost got that !   but it's really hard for me (and so many others) to cheer for this team, A mafia boss coach, disgusting group of players. I never had this feeling about any NT in any sport before but still the national team is the national team. you have to like it  coaches and players come and go, the team is what matters.   if the team makes it to the competition, I'm sure there will be lots of Iranians in the stadium despite the orange's ban, that will never be a problem.
    • Belgium is the luckiest in this story
    • One of the worst possible draw for us. Group really easy but having to face  or  in the Round of 32 is devastating.
