@esubeAnd on day 5, Wed July 31st, swimming - there should be W 100 free final, not W 100 fly.

Those are small things... this schedule is great, I tried to do sth like that before Tokyo but it was taking too much time and I had it ready only for the first 3 or 4 days.

Equestrian schedule has been unveiled. Previously it was always listed as TBD or subject to approval.

Medal events in dressage and jumping will mix and match. This is to give several rest days between team and individual jumping competitions, and therefore limit the freshness advantage that was to be gained from not contesting the team final, for example. Or the team event at all.

A preliminary ticket website has been released in case you haven't seen it.

It actually omits most of the finals.  I think they must be saving those for the big booking agencies.

I haven't gone over it too much but one new piece of information that was not, I think, previously known is that the indoor volleyball format will be men and women on alternating days with men going first.   Time to make version 2.0 of my schedule, incorporating @rafalgorka's catches of my errors.

The team competition in artistic swimming is now scheduled before the duet competition.

    • no idea. I just repeated what I read  but I won't be surprised if they make a mistake like this. the officials here are usually terrible in reading the rules. if I remember correctly they sent an Ice hockey team to the Games back in 2017 but most of the players were ineligible to play per IIHF rules and they played some friendlies instead    btw there is a federation, but not an ISU member. Ice Skating (which has a very very limited activity here) was a part of Skating (roller sports) federation but now moved to Skiing federation which officially changed its name to Skiing and Winter Sports Federation.

    • There is a saying to never trust a Russian in gymnastics. Well, ex-Russian turned Bulgarian Elvira Krasnobaeva is transferring now to Armenia.   The "official" reason is for personal, family matters, but in reality it's most likely because she wasn't selected for Paris, which angered her parents. Even though she is only 16, had her breakthrough just this year and started making mistakes, when they amped up the difficulty.   Our Federation's President Iliana Raeva said today, that she received calls also from France and Azerbaijan about Elvira's mother basically auctioning her. Raeva mentioned, that Krasnobaeva was going to be a vocal point in the next Olympic cycle, but now she can hit the road and missed her chance to ever compete for Bulgaria, even if she wanted to in the future.    We are also going to make a new Group from next season. After the disappointment in Paris, 4 out of the 5 girls announced their retirement.
    • true, but was expecting India to get troubles from Australia, not from New Zealand, and specially not by being bowled out. Makes the group phase interesting though
