According to his Instagram story, Justyn Knight is currently training! I’m assuming that means he’ll be making an Olympic run but not sure. His promising career has been hampered by injuries, his last meet was back in 2021, hopefully he can get back to his Tokyo form in the near future or even qualify.

Ben Preisner, who withdrew early on in his race at the Hamburg Marathon last weekend, will attempt to qualify for the last time at the Copenhagen Marathon. Since it’s an elite marathon, his performance will be worth more points, as it has a much stronger field. He might not even need to reach the standard, as if he can go 2:09.45, he’ll be well placed to qualify through the Road To Paris.

Even if we were in heat 1 of the mixed 4x400m relay and heat 4 of the women’s 4x400m relay I don’t think any athletes would double up.

      Someone please tell me every single athlete who didn't qualify for the big air final has at least one more event to go? The chance of athletes' Olympics being done before the opening ceremony would be utterly ridiculous...
