What's the tiebreak? They drop the lowest individual apparatus score?

According to our commentator, they take the highest execution score average. Gaudio is 0.050 ahead of Domingos in execution.

I should be happy with a medal, but I'm kind of sad. I don't feel that the best gymnast took bronze.

Domingos can win one on ribbon. I'm really upset with this result, though. This makes absolutely no sense.
