Achtereekte missing out by 0.03 and Conijn by 0.13. Conijn also missed out on the 3k by 0.01. 

There is nothing more exciting in speed skating than what happened in pair 5: a drag race to the line to win the pair, along with a close race with the clock. One of the best speed skating race I’ve seen.

But I'm definitely a fan of Sanne in 't Hof now, she was so enthusiastic in her interview after the race and basically didn't stop talking for 5 minutes straight with the interviewer just barely managing to fit in a question or a "yes?" or something

Marcel Bosker isn't gonna make it in the 1500m. Most likely remote controls are flying towards TV's in the home of the Ntab family since this will end up costing him his chance due to the team pursuit

N’tab should really build an ice rink in Senegal and switch nationality at this point. This is two Olympics in a row where he would have been selected by virtually any other NOC.

This will be a complicated team to select on the men’s side… the max quota cut to nine per NOC is just unreasonable.

That's 10 different names. And no Marcel Bosker, whom they need for the team pursuit, basically. Ntab can probably book a holiday for February, and I think Snel has a problem as well..
