Brazil will lose its Team Quota in Dressage.

 

Is there any list to check which athletes and therefore which nations already have the MER filled?

 

And I'm not sure how the reallocation of individual quotas happens, as in: the individual distribution of quotas happen only after the team reallocation?

I've heard from the Brazilian Federation that the Brazilians will not compete in Europe anymore this year, so for Brazil the road is over.

One of the main sport journalists ran this story today

 

But I would love to know about other countries as well.

I believe the nations next in line are

 

I haven't looked to see whether the other nations have MER, but along with Brazil, the Group F quota will be reallocated.

Did a thorough review. Only Brazil does not have the MER for dressage. Assuming they do not compete then they and the Group F quota will get reallocated. Here is the reallocation table going into the final month.

Both Norway and Luxembourg only have two riders with MER. Regardless unless something crazy happens the quotas will likely go to Finland and Portugal.
