I kinda doubt this is something only started recently. Stuff like this has Herdman's fingerprints all over it (hell, the men's team was accused of it in 2021 after he took over that program). I'd bet they were doing it before Priestman even got there.
Not that that absolves Priestman. She would have known and continued it.

That is the tricky thing, I believe that the scores take three trimesters into account so some athletes will have scores that are too old by the time the olympics come.
Very cool list. I would eliminate Rosbo from there though since and are the same NOC and he would be the third. But that is really nitpicking. So much better having an Olympics with no host exceptions to the rules.
