both won internal selections against other acts, so even if their entries aren’t well received by some, they are representative of what viewers in those countries wanted to send to Eurovision (at least those who really care enough to tune in for selections). Personally, I find the “joke,” “wacky,” “oddball” entries part of the wonder of Eurovision. I want to see a mix of everything. Give me well-produced pop songs, operatic numbers, emotional ballads, political pieces, and everything in between.

Have the SEA Games even taken place if multiple scandals haven’t rocked the competition? The scandals part of the SEA Games Wikipedia pages always make for a good read. Hopefully, some of the upcoming rumored sports program limitations help alleviate a few of the scandals. I think it’s cool how much all of these countries get into an event like this though.

Mohammad Adi Salihin Bin Roslan successfully defended his gold medal in wushu (men’s nanquan) from the last edition of the SEA Games. is now the only NOC without a gold medal.

Me Watch (used to be Toggle) is honestly not showing that much. Vietnamese TV is the best bet, but even their offerings are a bit limited.
