    So Italy definitely have to start delivering in Épée teams and Men's Team Foil. Don't see GB qualifying in Men's Team Foil this time around...

    Well, yours are also opinions. Don't get me wrong, breakdancing was the most stupid decision ever (which is also an opinion) but I like most of the other sports you don't like, or you don't consider sports for that matter. But would you rather have an Olympics with only 12 events like the Ancient Olympics? That would be uninteresting.

    Decrease, sadly yes, but hopefully you'll be wrong about "major".

    Karate is more than Japan. WKF has about ten million members and 191 countries are affiliated. It's certainly popular enough to have stayed in the programme for longer. On a side note, I want Japan to win lots of medals, with or without karate.

    I find it ridiculous. Makes it feel like having it as a demonstration sport only for 2020... Also, to think squash was never considered. They will never make it.

    Is it safe Karate won't be contested in Paris?

    Hopefully with a better programme too. It's nice to have sambo and other non-Olympic sports but there's no reason not to have aquatics, fencing, taekwondo, rowing and most of all, a proper athletics programme.

    Ireland is also guaranteed medals in boxing, as well as Finland's Potkonen.

    Gazoz only good in qualifying rounds it seems.

    One of the few sports South Africa doesn't care about even on African level.

    Yes, I don't even care for these games but you should also note that statistically, they are doing very well against Russians in finals. Can't say the same for BLR/UKR facing Russia...

    Maybe I can also get a tripartite quota. We have a refugee team participating, why not a Team Coubertin, another "white flag country"?

    I'm not athletic and I haven't really run a lot in my life but I had that opportunity to run 800m on a track today. I did it for a test, didn't give up running and for the first time in my life I completed an 800m race (never did as a kid). I now hold a PB of 5:08 minutes.
