  3. After playing in 36 consecutive Grand Slams, the streak will end for Robin Haase, who has decided he will go for two challengers in Bangkok instead of the Australian Open qualifying.
  4. Is it really that important though? I mean, significantly more prestigious than the whole Masters series that's already under the Grand Slams? It always feels a bit 'fake' like so many 'Masters' tournaments in different sports (Yeah late to the party, I just saw it because I opened the Tennis subforum )
  6. Or how often do you see the official organizing committee spelling even the IOC abbreviation in their own language? Then again, it's France, one can be surprised they even have an (somewhat broken) English tweet on this
  7. "But the time difference! " Said someone who no way in hell would have watched it even if it was literally the only thing shown on TV for an entire week.
  8. To be fair, by now we should expect Slettemark to be up there..
  9. Go Jeremy Flanagan
  10. That was steady and fast!
  11. My favourite Chinese missing out by 15 seconds or so
  12. 30, finals is basically just a mass start sprint.
  13. It's a start. The timing next to the stream worked on occassion, and speaker commentary is easily audible (which mixes German, Italian and English as per usual).
  14. Wait, did Mika just not use her extra shot?
  15. Local speaker commentary is easily audible as well
  16. All cameras seem to work fine Now for the love of god let nobody interrupt me for the next 15 minutes
  17. Oh look at this Can even select the shooting specifically to follow a specific athlete basically
  18. Luckily Saturday I'll be at home for the sprint (and today's supersprint finals, in the afternoon, shouldn't be a problem neither)
  20. Meh Thanks for the attempt to stay awake though
  21. Since there's a big chance I'll be interrupted at work several times, I'd say yes (although of course 'need' is a bit strong, it's not a first life need). I would very much appreciate it though, at least until bib 11 has finished (starts at 10:32 and probably finishes 12-15 minutes later or so).
  22. Only one and a half hour to go, come on For Totallympics
  23. Can't blame them. The times they called witnesses, the witnesses ended up biting their asses
