    Some small percentages in the women's race walking and men's marathon, a bit bigger percentages in the men's pole vault and a bigger percentage in women's pole vault...all in all I think Brazil should normally at least win one medal

    I've written them down in this order, so SKN and GAB are still available if someone else wants them as first choice. Is that acceptable or do you prefer SKN or GAB as your 1st choice?

    Personally I'm not a fan of countries like Israel in this thread, and obviously I have nothing against Israel personally. A country like Iran is exotic for us Dutch people (as we never hear anything about them or their athletes), but we decided not to allow them on the Dutch forum since they're of course not an exotic sports nation. Of course if he wants to keep us updated about Israel and post all kinds of interesting news from Israeli media that's hard to find anywhere else, I won't ask Sindo to delete those posts and I'll read them with interest

    You support them Anything you want really, you can follow their Olympic qualifying, post any news you find or come across , maybe take a look at local media even On a Dutch forum where this idea comes from, someone is contacting the Swaziland Olympic Committee for example (unfortunately they're not responding yet), but those are all kinds of things you can do And during the Olympics of course you'll keep us posted on the awesome results of the Micronesian heroes

    It's especially a huge shame Jared Tallent gets robbed by a dirty cheat AGAIN. It happened in 2008, 2012, probably some more times I'm forgetting and now that asshole is back, it happens again... As the entire race walking community said yesterday: Schwazer's win meant a really, really black day for the sport. Yesterday was one of the worst days in history of race walking.

    And there was the extremely weird fall of Marquez and Dovizioso, which was just funny to see Unfortunately after that it was such an incredibly boring race...well for the 1st place it was boring after 5 seconds Moto3 was ok, Moto2 was "meh"..

    Alex Schwazer (ITA) posts 3:39 in the 50k at the Race Walking World Team Championships in his very first race after his 4 year doping ban. Horrible day for athletics.
