  1. Well it means the situation is worse than when it's 0-0
  2. 2-0 for Italy, it seems like our dream is ending here
  3. Cool! I think "where will you move next year" is an unnecessary question now?
  4. Dude, that's the most awesome reason I have seen to postpone something like this
  5. Wow, that comes to show how literally thousands of people can get all pissed off because of someone just saying a few words..
  6. Most polls still say Clinton has the highest percentage.
  7. I mean, if I was an American who had to vote...I absolutely wouldn't want to vote on Trump, because he's a plain stupid idiot who is very likely to ruin my country and who's debates are basically lies, followed by lies, more lies, trapping himself with his own lies, followed by more lies. "Alright, easy, I don't wanna vote on Trump, so I'll vote on Clinton"...but that would just give me the creeps because of the scandals around herself. I would feel messed up if I would actually vote for one of those two...I'd want to vote against both of them, so I guess I would vote for a 3rd party candidate even though I know he or she wouldn't stand a chance of winning.
  8. There is a (small) percentage for the other candidates as well, so 47.5 + 42.5 isn't really correct Besides, this is just the number of people who would vote for them. USA has that awfully weird system with electoral votes, so numbers like "xx% of American people will vote for candidate X" don't mean a lot. What matters is who will win in which states.
  9. There's only Trump and Clinton to choose sadly...that's like asking if you want to have pizza with shit on it for dinner or if you prefer a pancake with shit on it...both are just really shitty choices I would have clicked on any 3rd party candidate if they had given them a chance
  10. 14-0 in the last minute and so the record for biggest win of the Dutch women (14-1) is broken....so it seemed, until Slovenia suddenly scored with 15 seconds to go and the final result is now the exact same as the 2001 record
  11. Which is? Edit: 14-1 against Romania in 2001 is our biggest win, that could well be broken
  12. A few minutes passed the halfway mark and there are the double digits
  13. That looks scarily similar indeed Although I definitely prefer an orange one
  14. Well Slovenia doesn't have a very good tendy
  15. I wonder if we have a goalkeeper...I mean, I've been watching the entire 1st period and I didn't see our goal yet
  16. Tino Edelmann just announced that he will retire with immediate effect http://www.fis-ski.com/nordic-combined/news-multimedia/news/article=tino-edelmann-ends-his-career.html
  17. So let the 2nd and 3rd place finishers fight each other, and then let the winners fight for one bronze medal. There are only 10 participants, I honestly can't see anything good about having 40% of the participants win a medal.. Bronze semi-final 1: A2 - B3 Bronze semi-final 2: A3 - B2 Bronze medal match: A2/B3 - A3/B2 --> one bronze medal winner
  18. Why not let the two group winners fight for gold and the two 2nd place finishers fight for one bronze medal? Artificially creating another bronze medal like that is just...silly In the case of boxing I get it, because of the injury issue and the possibility of not having a 3rd place fight at all, but in all other combat sports it just seems so weird to have two bronze medals, and even more so if you're working with two groups where this entire problem can so easily be avoided.
  19. A round robin format and only 1 bronze medal would be a very good idea. Double bronzes in sports like judo are stupid and so are knock-out-only formats for events with extremely little competitors (like 10). So each class will have 10 athletes, like this? - 1 from Japan - 1 wild card - 8 through world rankings Or like this? - 1 from Japan - 1 wild card - 1 world champion - 5 continental champions - 2 through world rankings That's confusing
