  1. No way Cavendish 'jumped on his back', he was accelerating there when Sagan was 10 meters away from the barriers before Sagan moved all the way into the barriers and then opened up his elbow right in Cavendish' face. I really hope Sagan will be quite severely punished for this, and I say that as someone who very much likes Sagan and very much dislikes Cavendish (because of bullcrap like causing that fall in the omnium in Rio). But liking or not liking riders aside, there is a line that Cavendish has crossed more than once before, but Sagan crossed today.
  2. Video from the front. Sagan elbowing Cavendish in the barriers at 70 km/h and Degenkolb had no option but to ride straight over his face, this could have ended up extremely bad..
  3. I hope to see some more angles, but that helicopter shot really looked like we're now waiting for Sagan to be declassified.
  4. WTF, Sagan pushing Cavendish right into the barriers with his elbow
  5. Degenkolb sprinting right over Cavendish' face.. At least after a while he sort of sat up, before lying back down.
  6. Jesus, Cavendish' fall looked seriously nasty
  7. Le Gac has been spending half the stage hanging on the doctor's car so far, that's going to be a DNF sooner or later.
  8. Marrit Steenbergen has withdrawn from the world championships because of shoulder problems.
  9. Meanwhile there's a monster solo going on from Van Keirsbulck, who escaped early on and had an advantage of over 13 minutes at some point Now it's 7 minutes to obviously he won't make it, but still cool to see a big solo, quite rare nowadays.
  10. Kiki
  11. Mandy Minella lost 6-1, 6-1 to Schiavone yesterday, then announced she is 4,5 months pregnant
  12. Nice save from Kiriyenka in the Valverde corner
  13. I wonder if it was Captain Obvious who performed this study
  14. Mostly because the start list seems weaker than ever There's Zakarin, Viviani, Vanmarcke and Lopez plus a whole bunch of B and C level riders. No problem with that by the way, it's a small race so one can't expect many top riders. Besides, it's Austria, it's beautiful anyway
  15. Sagan needs two days in green to equal Erik Zabel's record of 88 days in green (so Sagan needs three days to break the record). Quite confident he'll do that this year
  16. My popcorn wasn't ready
  17. Does "Boh" (BOH is BORA-hansgrohe's abbreviation) mean 'God' in Slowak? On the 2nd talk show on TV tonight an ex-cyclist was explaining that and said it was funny because then every time Sagan's name comes up, it says 'BOH - Peter Sagan' (meaning God - Peter Sagan)
  18. That would not change anything about her freedom to write a book about whatever she wants Ah, or you mean about refusing some quotes for in the book?
  19. I remember placing a live bet at some point, something like "5th set: Over 125.5 games", just a small bet and just so I had a bet with that insane amount of games in my betting Excel sheet
  20. @hckosice This woman on one of the three daily Tour de France talk shows wrote a book about Sagan She couldn't get quotes from Sagan ("no time" was the official story from his side) for in the book, unfortunately. TV channel asked Sagan about it before (or after) today's stage and he was kinda in a bad mood, "he has no authorization to write that!" (not knowing authorization is not even needed to write a book about someone )
  21. Another one I had losing in round 2.... Too bad I had Haas as the one to beat him in R2
  22. Stan going for an early holiday
  23. Wawrinka in very serious trouble against Medvedev
  24. Well yeah, now Zverev is not a young nobody anymore like in that time
  25. The best is that Lamine Ouahab is on this list 3 times, the fat Moroccan
